Native American & Indigenous Studies at Penn
NAIS will be featuring a new course on Native History this semester, taught by Peter-Jakob Olsen-Harbich, the Associate Director of Academic Affairs at the McNeil Center for Early American Studies. The course, Native American History, introduces the broad themes of the experience of Native peoples in North America starting before contact from Europe. The syllabus is available here. The newest edition of the text for the book by Olsen-Harbich and his collaborator Michael L. Oberg, will also be arriving on campus.
